Refund & Cancellation
Cancellation has to be made through on line or on the corresponding email ID: email@example.com ONLY otherwise no cancellation will be entertained. We do not accept Cancellations over Phone. All refunds required in the event of cancellations, amendments will be credited to your card as per the bank policy Please note that refunds will be made in the form of a credit to your card account deducting the transition fees as per the bank policy all credit card refunds will be processed in a timely manner. The refunds process is dependent on your billing cycle with the credit card company. Once the refund instructions leave our office it can take anywhere from 10 to 45 working days for the refund to arrive in your account In case you do not utilize your reservation and fail to contact us to cancel it in a stipulated time period as specified above, we would not be in a position to return you any amount pertaining to your booking. The reason for this is that the room in the hotel is booked in your name, and the hotel cannot let the room be occupied by anyone else. The room is held unoccupied, until they are notified otherwise. Thus, even if you do not show up the hotel will charge room reservation as per cancellation policy.

ON CONFIRMED CANCELLATION 75% AMT WILL BE REFUNDABLE
